Alec Siegel is responsible for leading and directing Siegel Search.  He is the company’s founding member. Alec grew up in this area and graduated Virginia Tech in 1983 with degrees in Marketing and Management. He started his successful career in recruiting in 1987 while based in Northern Virginia and specialized in the technology sector. Alec has been recognized as a top individual biller throughout his career and after stints with several prestigious recruiting firms.  He moved to Blacksburg in 2002 and opened the current operation which officially became Siegel Search / Siegel Link in the Spring of 2010.
